How can I be sure I’m going to receive exactly what I want?
While onboarding new members, we will go through a process which establishes your shows format that our team can follow. Additional detailed notes and request can be submitted per episode.
NOTE: If a given episode is submitted with an immense amount of additional requests apart from this initial established format, revisions of the episode can be performed for a small fee of $10.00 each.
How long is the turn around for an episode?
This will depend on your subscription and the number of services required for us to complete the job. We shoot for a 48 hour turnaround time (excluding weekends) for podcasts that are part of our monthly service packages.
If you need audio restoration performed on severely poor audio that can by no means be recorded again, this surgical work may take more time. Note that not everything can be fixed.
The earlier you can send us your assets before the episode needs to be published, the better.
It is good practice to stay several weeks ahead of schedule so that should you fall behind by a week due to unforeseen circumstances, you have some episodes in the vault.
Rush service is available for an additional fee.
Can I cherry pick my services?
Absolutely. Our packages include the most common combination of services sought after by podcasters. If you’d like to tailor your subscription to better suit your needs, just let us know which ones you’d like and we’ll get back to you with a quote.
My episodes vary in length and intervals in which I produce them. Can we work something out?
For sure. Let us know the length of your episodes and how many a month you wish to publish and we can discuss something that works great for the both of us.
